Oil Concoction for Regrowth, Dandruff, Soft Hair.
Hello My Beautiful People, How are you all, hi my name is KESAR aka Sneha from your Kesariya, here I write blogs regarding cooking recipes & also beauty related stuff. The post is today about a hair regrowth oil. I have personally used this hair oil for over 3-4 months & I have seen good results.
But the only sad thing is a thing, that it takes time, & you need lots of patience. It is also compulsory to maintain a healthy diet & clean scalp.
Once should include nuts & dry fruit in their diet.
If you are vegetarian, try to eat food that contains zinc like Beans and Legumes.
if you are non-vegetarian, you can eat chicken, shrimp, fish.
The ingredients that you will need for this concoction.(i have made this oil for like 1 month batch)
*Half a cup olive oil
*Half a cup Castor oil
*1 cup of Coconut oil
* 1 cup of Almond oil.
* 1teaspoon of fenugreek or methi seeds.
*10 capsules of Vitamin E.
* Mixing bowl in which you can heat the oil
*A clean bottle where you can store the oil.
Heat the fenugreek seed in the coconut oil, then keep it aside in room temperature, when the oil is lukewarm, then add the other oils & add the content of vitamin e capsule by puncturing it.
Mix it well & store in the bottle.
Before 1 hour to 2 hours of every hair wash, massage the oil gently into your hair scalp, & always massage the scalp with fingertips..apply light to medium pressure, so that the blood circulation can be done in a better way. You can also massage the hair from back of the neck to the front of the scalp, like in a backwards direction.
Always wash your hair twice with a mild shampoo, & also use a little bit of conditioner in the hair length for extra softness.
You can pamper yourself more by the hot towel turban method. Soak a towel in warm water rinse the excess water & wrap it after hair oil message. the oil will seep into the hair follicles, which obviously results in a beautiful mane.
