Hair Masque for Dry & frizzy hair
Hello, My Beautiful People, hi I am KESAR from your KESARIYA, welcome you all, today I am going to write about a simple hair masque. first let me tell you, about my hair condition, I have below shoulder length hair, & I have also layer cut. I did, global highlights on my hair, & religiously used colour protect shampoo & masque, also visited hair spa every month till now.
So now the fun fact, I get bored easily, so I did a trick, & applied henna paste which actually gave me a beautiful copper brownish colour, previously my highlights were kind of golden brown(sorry I suck at these colour scheme). I really love the colour & also the nourishment I get, it was seriously overwhelming, as it was modestly affordable little bit messy, but it was worth it.
So recently I tried a different version of that henna paste, which resulted in miracles my hair. Let get started with the ingredient list first.
According to my hair length which is below shoulder & above waist, I have taken
*A half cup of Henna Powder, I have taken Nupur Henna. there are various options in the market, you can use Ayur, Shehenaz or Habib.
* An Egg.
*2 tablespoon Aloe vera gel, I have taken Patanjali Aloe vera gel, if taken directly from the plant, it will be more beneficial.
*1 tablespoon of my Oil Concoction(Recipe Shared on my previous blog, please check it outOil concoction Recipe)
*1 whole Lemon juice
*Mixing bowl.
*Hair brush.
*Wide toothed comb.
*2 teaspoons tea leaves.
*1 teaspoon coffee powder either.
* 2 cups of water.
*Saucepan & strainer.
In the sauce add 2 cups of water, add the tea leaves & coffee powder, shimmer it, & reduce it to half cup to 1 cup, rest it aside, let it cool in room temperature.
In a mixing bowl, add the henna powder egg, lemon juice & oil concoction. Pour the tea leaves & coffee mix brewed water after straining it. Mix well, avoid any lumps, rest it aside for half an hour.
Wear an old t-shirt or kurta, so that if it drops, it will not create a mess.
Comb your hair, then apply the paste by making partitioned in the hair, apply the whole masque in the roots & as well as hair length, then with soft hand motion massage the hair & scalp. wrap it with a shower cap, or plastic bag so you can chill, without creating any mess. Keep it around for 2-3 hours.
Then wash it with luke warm water. Rinse thoroughly, it might take lots of time, but I assure you, the end results are awesome.
If you want to apply a little bit of mild shampoo or any ayurvedic hair wash, you can use it with a coin size amount then apply your regular hair conditioner. Don't use any harsh shampoo, as there will be no use of the nourishment.
Air dry your hair, apply a little bit of DIY hair serum then comb it...VOILA...Extremely smooth voluminous hair.
Disclaimer: This recipe can be used for any hair type, but be gentle, according to your hair type you have to add ingredients.
Instead of Egg, you can use, half a cup of curd.
