Summer!!!!!

Hello Beautiful People, I am Kesar from Kesariya, hope you guys are all doing so far, are you drinking lots of water, because it is very  necessary, even if you are in air conditioned atmosphere you do need water to revive & restore yourself. However , I am not going to  give you lectureπŸ‘€ regarding the benefits of drinking water, you all are intellectual social being, you heard it right, you know it all, so better keep track of you water intake in this summer, not only water also but also the minerals & vitamins that you are loosing due to the excessive heat.❤☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀

Better not water, but how about some tip & tricks for  reviving yourself in this scorching heat. Yes there are various remedies out there, & i know i am not exceptional πŸ‘΅but still lets hear from me, as obvious these are my personal habits to save myself from the ruthless..tada ..Summer.πŸ™ŠπŸ’’

Most important, stay hydrated, you know the drill guys, water intake is so important not only for the heart quenching thirst but also good for metabolism , dermal related, that is skin & hair.

You will find there are lots of option for Glucose, sherbet, but also be sure that glucose contains mainly sugar, so if you are a diabetic or non-diabetic person, you should keep up the track, that how much sugar you are taking in terms glucose , sherbet, fruit juice & all. Maybe it is right to take sweet lime juice once & then because it will give you the extra punch in your energy level, but it is recommended if you go for natural sugar drinks, like sugar can juice ,  coconut water, it will not only revive you but also will provide you the enough sweetness & all the necessary minerals & vitamins.


Cotton garments, I personally wore jeans tshirt or shirt mainly, because it is cold in office sometimes (hyper airconditioning), but i love to wear cotton kurta, preferably full sleeved or 3/4th sleeve, Yes, you should wear full tied up clothes because one thing you are Indian (hehe just kidding), see basically we are beautiful people who doesn't need to tanned our body, we are blessed with goldish, butterish , wheatish , complexion, so we don't need to torture our epidermis by constant free Vitamin D source. Ya i know, free hai to lapet lo..πŸ’†(if it free , grab it boss)but no, means NO. Don't expose yourself to much in sun, if you are then try to cover yourself with cotton dupatta or scarf, dude you also..you are smashing dashing dudes, that doesn't means that you don't need sunprotection, You all know about sunscreen & UVA UVB , PA how many "plus" God knows stuff, so if you know it all, then you should know, these piercing rays not only tanned ones skin but also burn the first epidermal layer on many sensitive skin thus cause burning, irritation & flaking and also Skin Cancer. So if you are the massive intellects Dudes & Divas , please respect your Indian heritage & cover yourself..:P :D

Interestingly, I love food, who doesn't love food, but then again Summer also came with many heart burning sensation i our life oops no guys, not jealousy, but acidity. So kindly give up the carbonated drinks, yes you heard me my sweet people ditch the carbon, it you are so adaptive then inhale co2 instead of O2, okay enough chemistry.😎 Carbonated drinks does relive the heat or quenching thirst but it also cause inflammation, as it contains artificial sweetener, again excessive sweet is no good to you, then again artificial sweetener, Oh hell no, so don't be selfish & love your stomach even in which shape & size it is..I will not give you lecture about , not eating spicy, oily or heavy food, see we are Indian, realistically we love our curries, so don't judge us, But you can also enhance your taste bud by  decresing or increasing your cooking oil & spices. I personally love green chillies in my dishes & also black pepper, just use less amount of red chilli powder, Corriander ,mint , parsley ,cilantro(fancy sancy) use this more, as it helps to digest the foods by increasing the digestive enzymes secretion. It also hepls to soothe an sad stomach. Mint & corriander is readily used in Indian & also continental foods. Milk is a good source calcium but it also helps to release from hyper tension stres, but i suggest intake of curd is much more beneficial, it is a probiotic food which helps to promote good digestion.

We all love good cold delicious food & drinks in summer, yea me to,, i am not alien guys i do love 2 in 1 ice cream, πŸ˜‹,,,but still i try to eat less junk food, just don't be too addictive, it will give you the temporary satisfaction, but overall , if you continue with this, it will give you permanent hanikarak(dangerous):P solutions..like obesity , inflammation, diabetes, heart problems, (ya scary i know)yes you all guys are rough & tough, but there is no harm  to be cautious then to incur.
