Simple Breakfast
Hello Beautiful People, hi I am KESAR from KESARIYA, welcome you all to my small world. Today I am going to share some ideas of simple & healthy breakfast recipe, with you guys. I know, there is nothing to share, but I insist, as this is not only a breakfast or some food that is just too good to pet you hungry rats in the stomach but also a great start for your day.
Well, before I start, I need to share something, as most of the people, who have to run their brain, for getting ready for office, so most of the people, wake up late & rush for office, with just one energy bar, or biscuit, or tea. So it is very vital, that one should not skip their early breakfast, due to continuous habit, even one can face low blood pressure, bad metabolism, acute immunity.
It is not a request or warning, I am telling you from my own irregularities, so not only be kind to people you see but also be kind to yourself also.
EASY & QUICK BREAKFAST #1
Bread(White or brown or multigrain)
Cheese(vegetarian)
Egg(non-vegetarian)
Butter or olive oil or coconut oil or vegetable oil
Milk or Soya Milk.
Fruit Salad(Papaya, Watermelon, Apple, Banana)
You can simply toast the bread in frying pan or grill, either you can add butter or olive oil, & sprinkle some salt & pepper.
You can add cheese for a good protein & fat content,(low-fat cheese).
Omelet or boil egg(according to preference)
Milk or soy milk(I basically add some Horlicks or Bornvita:P with no sugar)
Fruit plate is must, if you don't have fruits to make a salad, you can go for apple or banana(make sure, for losing weight one should only restrict to 1 banana in a day)

Oat Meal
Fruits
Nuts
Dry Fruit
Almond
Honey
Milk
See, basically, when we are in hurry, we can easily mad the oatmeal, it will take more or less 15 minutes, like boil the oats in milk, then when it became more gloopy(I know it sounded weird, but trust me, it is the healthiest food)add honey for sweetness, a pinch of salt & fruits like apple or banana, & some nuts either almond, pistachio, or cashew nuts or dry fruits like raisin. It is really filling & good for metabolism, as well as you are having vitamins minerals, & protein.

Fruits(Banana, apple, watermelon, papaya etc, according to the preference )
Milk
Honey
Bread
Almond
So you can make a quick smoothie or milkshake by adding milk & fruits & then add honey & some sliced almond. It will be filling, you can have this with 2 slices of toast bread.

Maggi
Garlic
Egg
Vegetable(carrot, french beans, spring onions)
Well, well, what is more, relevant than good old Maggi, fry garlic & vegetables with salt pepper then add the tastemaker, add water Maggi, top with fried egg.
*Vegetarian version, you can add mushroom, paneer, baby corn..to make it extra delicious.
So please don't skip your breakfast, please, it really affects your health, maybe it will be not an immediate effect, but soon you will realize that your metabolism & skin hair nails are affecting. More or less, you will find that your immune system is totally going downward, as you will catch a cold, fever & many more health risk problems.
Please pay attention to your food 7 the main is your health. I am sharing this fact from my own personal experiences, in past due to lack of proper & balanced food, I had suffered from severe problems, including hair loss.
Though I am not a nutritionist or dietician, but I am growing better at keeping myself healthy.
